New Executive Board Structure (effective January 2008)

VCPA Executive Board will consist of the following positions:
President
Past-President
President Elect
Secretary
Treasurer
Professional Development Chair
Membership Chair
Member at Large, Public
Member at Large, Private
Member at Large, Faculty
Newsletter Chair (Appointed)
Technology Chair (Appointed)

Term of Positions
Each Executive Board position is a 2 year position, outside of President-Elect, which is a three year commitment (President, Past-President).

Elections
One half of the elected positions will be voted on each year. If a position is vacated before the completion of the term, the President should appoint an individual and present them to the Executive Board for confirmation. All positions not currently filled will be initially appointed and confirmed in the above manner.

Elections will take place at the end of January, and will be administered by the Past President at that time. The newly elected members will assume office as of the start of the ACPA Leadership meeting at the annual ACPA national convention.
